Our comprehensive wellness offerings are holistic, focusing on individual empowerment and responsibility. We like to say wellness is our philosophy, not a place.


Something for Everyone

Within our Wellness Center, we offer exercises specific to conditions such as Parkinson’s, strength training and cardio areas, a warm-water pool, a lap pool, treatment rooms, salon, massage, and Reiki sessions. And we love changing things up. Each month, we offer several special wellness talks, such as Wellness Wisdom from the Healing Arts Panel.

Wellness is More than Exercise

A balance class, a dance class, or maybe a drum fit class. If you like to stimulate your mind and body through the arts and cultural activities, you’ll find an expansive list of offerings. Our treatments, such as facials, acupuncture, or reflexology, also help rejuvenate the mind and body.

New and Improved

Our Wellness Center is the envy of most retirement communities, and we recently upped that envy when we completed a major expansion for our Wellness Center and fitness studio. We added a new 25 meter lap pool, reburbished our therapy pool (yes, that’s two indoor pools!), and reburbished every square inch of our fitness rooms, exercise room and locker rooms. We also added all new and innovative equipment designed for seniors. As as always, our attentive wellness team is here for you every step of the way in your wellness journey.
